I ordered this toy truck for my grandson for Christmas. The order was placed in late October. I was advised that the truck would arrive around the 4th of November. That truck never did arrive. I tried three times to contact the seller and she did not reply. I then called my credit card company and had the order cancelled. I would not recommend buying from that person again. I have ordered from Amazon and have always had excellent service until this time. I don't think this seller should be allowed to sell anything on Amazon again.
