Playhut Caterpillar Review
My son loved this tent, but I noticed after he and his friends played in it for the first time that it was ripped along a seam. The kids weren't doing anything unusual so I was surprised that this happened. When I looked at the tent further, I noticed that it was torn in 4 more places where the wire is supposed to bend so you can fold it -along the border. So, a couple of things: the design of this tent is not good for kids to play in. I'm thinking that a play tent more in shape of a square would be less vulnerable to damage. However, I'm not sure I will purchase a different one because this was also very difficult to try and fold up. I spent a lot of time figuring it out -you have to look at some lame drawing and try to imitate...why don't they just use words? I don't think a toy that rips after a few uses is worth any amount of money. It's almost like Play Hut didn't even test this out on kids at all.
